Credit Card Surcharge

All credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. This fee can be avoided by paying by check.

Swat Poop Patrol Terms & Policies

General

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining safe access to and from the yard.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes in the number of pets.
  • Prompt payment of balances due is required.
  • Services are charged monthly to the credit card on file.
  • Additional cleanup fees may apply based on the number of pets, property size, and time since the last cleanup.
  • We assume no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or property.
  • Fees and promotions are subject to change with at least two (2) weeks’ notice.
  • Please report any service issues within 24 hours so we can correct them promptly.
  • Either party may terminate service in writing at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
  • By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and responsibilities.

Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Quotes given online or over the phone are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after the first yard inspection.
  • Initial cleanups or one-time services are billed upon completion and pro-rated for the remainder of the month.
  • Ongoing monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided.
  • Service will be paused if payment is not received prior to the first scheduled visit of the month.
  • Monthly pricing is based on a 52-week calendar, averaged over 12 months. Extra visits in 5-week months are included in the monthly rate.
  • Paused services will require an initial cleanup fee before resuming regular service.

Winter and Weather Policy

  • Swat Poop Patrol operates year-round and services will proceed when conditions are safe.
  • If service is canceled due to weather, we will clean double the following week. Monthly charges remain unchanged due to equal workload.

No Access Policy

  • If the yard is inaccessible due to locked gates or dogs outside, the visit is still charged.
  • We will attempt to contact you before skipping service.
  • Double cleaning will be provided the following week in such cases.

Dangerous Dog Policy

  • Please keep pets indoors during service for everyone’s safety and service quality.
  • If we cannot enter due to a dangerous dog, the visit will still be charged and double cleaning will be performed the next week.

Cancellation Policy

  • No contracts required – you can cancel service at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • To cancel, contact us by phone or email.
  • Clients pausing service during certain seasons will be subject to initial or spring cleanup fees when resuming.
